What we promise, and what we don’t
Using Vouch means agreeing to these. They are written to be read, and the section that matters most to you is probably the second one.
What the service is
Vouch asks AI assistants and Google a set of questions a patient might ask, records whether your practice is named, and produces a report on how to appear more often. Every plan runs the same 16 questions at 2 samples each; what a plan changes is how often we ask and how many practices we cover.
What we cannot promise
- We do not control what AI assistants say. We measure and explain it. No one — including us — can guarantee that an assistant will name your practice, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something we would not.
- Results move on their own. Assistants change models and sources; Google’s local results differ by the exact point in a city a search is made from. A score can move without anything at your practice changing, which is why we report whether a change is statistically real rather than just reporting the number.
- A check is a sample, not a census. We ask each question a fixed number of times. That is enough to measure a rate, not enough to prove any single answer.
- Our recommendations are advice. They are based on what the assistants actually cited for you, but we cannot promise that acting on them raises your score.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at vouch.airank@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.
Check a practice you own, run, or have been engaged to work for. Vouch is not for compiling reports on businesses you have no relationship with.
Plans, limits and payment
| Plan | Price | Practices | Scheduled | Checks on demand |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $29/mo | 1 | monthly | 1/month |
| Pro | $89/mo | 1 | weekly | 3/month |
| Group | $249/mo | 4 | weekly | 3/month |
Payment is handled by Whop. Plans renew monthly until cancelled, and cancelling is done from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate part months.
Every check costs us real money at the providers, which is why limits exist and why they are enforced rather than advisory. If a payment fails, access continues briefly while the payment is retried rather than stopping mid-month.
Refunds
If Vouch does not work as described, write to us and we will refund the current month. We do not refund because a score was lower than hoped — that is the product working. Statutory rights, where you have them, are unaffected by anything here.
Reports you share
Reports are yours. You may share them, publish them, and show them to clients. Share links are unguessable but public to anyone holding them, so treat a link as you would a password; you can revoke one at any time.
Fair use
Do not attempt to scrape the service, resell raw access to it, run it against practices at a scale the plan limits were not written for, or use it to harass a competitor. We may suspend an account doing any of those, and we will tell you why.
Liability
Vouch is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by cancelling in Whop and, if you want your data gone, asking us to delete your account. We may end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, and will refund any unused part of the period unless the breach was fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, with the courts of Amman having exclusive jurisdiction.
